FCCC will be implementing a promotional program offering Independent Service Providers (ISPs) a $1,000 fuel card with the purchase of a new chassis during the period of August 29, 2025, through September 19th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”)

Program Eligibility
This promotion applies to:

All new chassis orders placed by any FCCC dealer for an ISP during the Promotion Period;
— All new orders must be built in CY2025 (MY2026)
— For stock unit orders the dealer must submit a re-order to FCCC

Eligibility: In order to be eligible for the Promotion, (1) must meet any criteria outlined in the referencing Sweepstake communication, (2) must be in or from the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, and (3) must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their family members and persons living in the same households of such employees are not eligible to enter. Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation (“FCCC”) reserves the right to audit, amend, cancel, or revoke the program if FCCC judges any future circumstances to warrant such a decision. FCCC will be the final authority with respect to interpretation of the program rules or to any area of controversy not specifically covered in the rules, including final review or program eligibility. FCCC reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value.

Release and hold harmless: By participating in this promotion, ISPs and respective winners hereby agrees to release and hold harmless FCCC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and those entities associated with the development, distribution, and implementation of this promotion, and each of their directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, expense, cost, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise in connection with the promotion, whether caused by negligence on the part of FCCC or not, including all claims or threatened claims relating to (a) participation in the promotion;(b) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; (c) participation in any promotion or prize-related activity; (d) technical failures of any kind; or (e) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.

Responsibility for Prize/Taxes: PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND BY DTNA, AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All Prize-related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
